Return Window You have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to initiate a return of your product.
Guarantee Each customized watch comes with a 6-month guarantee. If you encounter defects or the product isn’t as described, you can return it within this period, provided it falls within the 14-day window from receipt.
Condition for Returns Products must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return. It must also be in the original packaging. We require customers to send photographic evidence of any issue before returning the item.
Refund Method We will issue refunds to the original payment method used. For orders paid on delivery, we will arrange an alternative refund method with you.
Refund Exclusions Please note, while we refund the item cost, this does not include shipping costs. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs for returns.
